1.1. SIA "BaltCoin", a company incorporated with registered number Nr. 41503036316, further in this document the Supplier, provides services available at global.winter.lv, further in this document Website, subject to the following conditions, our Delivery Policy, Return Policy and other terms and policies that you may find on our Website in connection with certain functionality, features or promotions, and in connection with customer service, all of the above is part of these provisions and conditions (collectively - Terms and Conditions). By accessing and using the Website, you, further in this document the Customer, hereby acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions, understand them and agree, without limitation, to comply with them.
1.2. When the Customer purchases the goods and services offered on the Website for the online sale, hereinafter in the text - the Goods, this joint agreement is considered to be a Remote contract subject to the legal rules governing distance contracts, including but not limited to the Directive of the European Parliament and Council No. 97 / 7 / EEC on the protection of consumers in connection with contracts concluded at a distance as well as Latvia regulations on online and distance selling.
2.1. Processing of Customer’s registration data is carried out in line with the Data Protection Act.
2.2. Your personal information will not be transferred to third parties without your consent or used for other purposes without prior agreement with you.
2.3. In the process of registration, you will not be required to provide financial information, except for the data that is required to complete the accompanying documents for the delivery of the online purchase.
2.4. Customer agrees that his personal data will be subject to the processing necessary for the service or/and product delivery.
3.1. Delivery of letters is carried out by mail in your mailbox.
3.2. The letter can be ordered and delivered anywhere in the world. Information about the cost and the price of delivery is provided on the main page of the website and on the checkout (ordering) page.
3.3. Delivery time is specified on main page of the Website as well as on the checkout (ordering) page.
3.4. Video greeting download link will be emailed as soon as video is produced, assuming the receipt of the required payment is confirmed. Usually the video greeting is delivered on the next day after the payment.
3.5. If Customer cannot find a name in the video greeting name list, Customer is given an option to type in the missing name manually and allow an additional time for the delivery. In this case Supplier will do an additional voice over recording, which is planned for the second half of December. The last day when Customer can type in a missing name is December 15th, 2017.
4. Right to return
4.1. The Customer has the right to cancel this agreement within 14 calendar days and return the goods only if the goods do not correspond to the description or there are mistakes such as a name mismatch in the letter with the name that the Customer indicated when ordering the goods.
4.2. The return of goods and payment refund is performed according to the Consumer Rights Act.
